Welcome to Dolly's Page

Our new girl Dolly 2.JPG (573285 bytes)

For those of you who have not yet met Dolly, she is our beautiful yellow lab.

We have always had a dog here and when Buddy, our previous store mascot, passed away we needed to fill the void left by his passing.

Gerry found Dolly just before Christmas 2006.  She was a breeding dog and it was time for her to retire to a better life. She was overweight and had not been socialized. She was quite timid and shy of people in the beginning. But with lots of love, patience and attention her true character soon emerged. She has bloomed into this beautiful, gentle, sweet and loving dog although not skinny she has slimmed down and is much healthier for it, Dolly can now run and play and she loves to slide on her belly in the grass and especially in the snow. She no longer shies away from people and she welcomes and even demands in her own gentle way the loving attention she so easily receives.

Dolly has developed a bit of a fan club and many of our regular visitors to the antique market come specifically to see our Dolly.
